TatooTee Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Period
You may return most new, unused items in their original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Returns received after 30 days may only be eligible for store credit or exchange, at our discretion.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must:

Be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

Have original tags attached (if applicable)

Be in resalable condition
Exceptions may apply to certain product categories such as cosmetics, perishable goods, or personalized items.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Sale or clearance items (store credit only, if approved)

Customized or personalized products
-
Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Hygiene-sensitive products

Digital downloads and gift cards
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases, including damaged or incorrect items

After inspection, we will issue a refund or replacement, if approved

Photos (required for damaged or defective items)
Items must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving the RA number.
Please include the RA number or order details inside the package.
6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days

Banks may take 3–5 additional business days to reflect the refund
7. Exchanges & Store Credit

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Store credit may be issued for late returns or non-refundable items

If you need a different size or color, mention it in your return request
8. Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, without exception

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
Once shipping begins, cancellations are not possible.
